Emaad Zaman Investment Manager

Emaad Zaman oversees the evaluation of new investment opportunities at Arlington and is also responsible for the company’s investor relations activities. Emaad started his career as an investment banker at Citigroup and subsequently was part of the Real Estate Structured Finance team at Société Générale in London. Prior to joining Arlington in 2014, he worked at real estate private equity firm Frogmore where he was a key member of the acquisitions team closing £475m of transactions across the real estate sector. Since joining Arlington, Emaad has been involved in the acquisition of student accommodation assets worth over £900m across 9 portfolio transactions.
